专利摘要:
The present invention relates to a headlight for automobile, with rectangular front opening, of the type comprising a reflector in the axis of which are disposed a light source for dipped-beam illumination cooperating with cut-off means, and a light source for far-beam illumination, a horizontal upper side and a horizontal lower side intersecting the reflector to delimit the rectangular opening of the headlight, wherein the upper side is substantially closer to the optical axis than the lower side, with the result that, for a total, unchanged height of the headlight, the zone of the mirror furnishing the dipped-beam illumination is reduced, this allowing an optimum compromise for far-beam and dipped-beam illumination.

The invention relates to lighting technology, in particular to automobile headlights, and can be used in the automobile industry.
A known automotive headlight containing a reflector, the light hole of which is bounded by parallel upper and lower sides and a light source placed on the optical axis with a high-beam filament and a low-beam filament with a screen to block part of the light flux l
A disadvantage of the known phase is that the symmetrical performance of the reflector relative to the horizontal plane passing through the optical axis of the device on which the light source is located does not give a satisfactory light distribution, thereby reducing the efficiency of using the light flux of the light source.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of use.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the automotive headlight containing reflector, a light hole
which is bounded parallel to the upper and lower sides, and placed on the optical axis of the reflector. light source with a high-beam filament and a low-beam filament with a screen to block part of the luminous flux, the distance from the optical axis to the upper limiting side of the aperture is 1/2 distance from the optical axis to the lower bounding side.
FIG. 1 shows a known headlight, the section in FIG. 2 - the same
15 is a front view of FIG. 3 is a graphical dependence of the useful luminous flux of a known headlamp for a dipped-beam filament, expressed as a percentage of the useful
20 to the luminous flux of a round-symmetrical headlight with a diameter equal to the distance between the limiting sides of the reflector, from the distance from the optical axis of the reflector to the limiting CTopoHbi in FIG. 4 - the same for the high-beam filament; in fig. 5 - the proposed headlight section. The headlight contains a reflector 1, the light of which is limited
thirty
parallel to the upper 2 and lower 3 sides and placed on the optical axis 4 a light source with a high-beam filament 5 and a low-beam filament b with a screen 7 for blocking part of the light flux.
In known headlamps, when a near-light filament 6 is operated with a screen 7, the upper part of the reflector 1 (Fig. 2) participates in the formation of the light beam, and when the filament of the high-intensity light is used, the whole reflector participates in the formation of the light beam. .
As follows from the diagrams (Fig. 3 4), the optimal distance from the optical axis to the flat side of the reflector for a passing snow filament is about 35 mm, and for a high beam about 70 cm, which for a reflector with a distance between flat bounding sides 2 and 3, equal to 100 mm, are 1/3 and 2/3 of height, respectively.
Thus, for headlamps of this type, a more rational from the point of view, nor the use of the luminous flux is the ratio between the distances from the optical axis to the upper bounding side of the aperture and from the optical axis to the lower bounding side of the aperture is 1: 2.
With a reflector height of 100 mm and an optical axis equally spaced from the lower and upper limiting sides, according to the diagrams of FIG. 3 and 4, the luminous flux during the work of the dipped-beam filament is 95% of the luminous flux of the round-symmetric reflector, and the luminous flux during the operation of the high-filament filament.
accounts for 50% of the luminous flux of a round symmetric reflector. In case the optical axis is at a distance from the upper bounding side equal to
30 mm, and from the bottom - at a distance equal to 70 mm, the luminous flux during the work of the passing beam will be equal to 90% of the luminous flux of a round-symmetrical reflector,
0 and when working with a high beam nakgsha thread - 90%. Thus, 5% is rubbed when the dimmer beam is operating, the gain corresponds to 40% when the filament of a further light is operating.
By using the proposed headlamps with such a reflector, the efficiency of using the luminous flux of light sources is improved.
